door not showing in plan

Does anyone know why a door (d&w builder) does not show up in plan, but does in elevation? Just a dot and the opening appear. This plan was started in windows on a pc, but I am now using a mac. The door appears in plan on the pc.

This is strange. Even if I draw a new wall and try to insert a door, it shows only the opening. This only happens on the lower level plan. Doors seem fine on the other levels.

Sounds like a story setting or floor plan cut plane issue.

Maybe the Home Story Setting as well

Cadimage are aware of the problem and will be fixing soon,it only happens on a storey with a negative number

Thanks, Nuge. Work has been so slow, I haven't even started a new job since I got my new Imac in Dec. (probably a bad time to invest in new hardware). Hopefully the problem is fixed soon.
