Same Process, but different result

Hello.
I've just started following 'Archicad Advanced Modeling(downloaded from graphsoft)' by using Archicad 16 trial.

And I have a problem.

In Chapter '1-4', I made a hole with mesh: subtract from polygon by exactly same steps with the tutorial using Archicad12 --LINK:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hGbqYSRAp28 --

Its strange that the result using Archcad16 is different from the video tutorial. Some new polygons are created and the 3d shape of terrain looks like sawtooth.
This result doesn't happen when I tried the training using Archicad12-It's same with the one of video.

I attaced a image using Archicad16.

Sorry for my bad english.

It seems to me that it is actually AC16 that is doing it correctly since it really triangulates the terrain based on the new geometry, whereas in the video there are tetragons left in the Mesh.
This is probably because the program code has been changed between these versions.

However, you are referring to sawtooth.
Do you mean by that that the vertical heights of the new generated mesh point along to edge of the cut vary drastically in height? That would be another issue.
Can you clarify that, possibly with a 3D screen shot?

Thanks. Here I added my '3D screen shot'.

Looks like a bug to me.
I am reporting this to Graphisoft.
There is not much you can do with it except raise each point of the Mesh separately to its correct height in 3D.
