placed several yesterday to show client and they requested additional 3d views. i am sitting here now trying to figure out why they are all blank as described above. i find myself doing screen captures and sending for review.

yeah, it's super annoying and a bit embarassing that this is still a problem. I have resorted to only using 3d documents as 3d views on the layout

If anyone is still having issues with this problem I think I've found a fix.
Try this: close the archicad file, then reopen and select "open and repair file" when opening.

closing archicad, restarting your computer does the same as open/repair... Its all just a temporary fix, as it'll definitely pop up again.

Restarting your computer simply resets the computer memory and may be the solution for some problems - it may have fixed this problem for example.
The 'Open & Repair' option when opening a file goes a little deeper and will actually fix problems in the file itself.
