A clickable link PDF, once sheeted & published, no longer allows clickable links

I create & export PDF B, with clickable hyperlinks, in Google Sheets.
I place PDF B in Archicad on a sheet. 

I publish and PDF B hyperlinks are no longer clickable.
Any solution, or workaround?

I could have PDF A (Archicad) be a blank title block page
Then, attach PDF B (Google Sheets) via a free software, maybe Adobe PS/I/Reader?

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon
