Column labels disappearing from layout

I placed 1st story columns which appears on the foundatin plan. Everything looks fine in plan. When I place drawing into layout sheet and plot some of the labels attached to the columns do not appear. The labels and columns are all on the same layers etc. because I copied and paste some of the columns into new locations.

Notice the column labels B04, B05 in plan view.

View of Layout and B04 and B05 disappeared as well as some other labels?
Help.

This might sound dumb, but is the same layer combination you're looking at in plan assigned to the view placed on the layout?
