Why is the "Anchor" field of the dimension text settings greyed out? This would make inserting a second line under the dimension line much easier, right now we are just placing another separate text box, but this option would allow us (I think) to center the box on the dimension with one line above and one line below. The way we would like for it to look is like the 111'-4" dimensions in the image.
Thanks!

it is an evil bug
untick "Always readable"
go out of the settings box and then come back.
i have "Always readable" in my info box, so i can untick it before going into the settings box to get around this.

Good question.
It works fine with the standard linear dimensions, just not with the elevation type dimension or the level dimension.
I can't think of a reason why it is like this.
If nobody else replies with a reason after a little while, maybe you can make a wish for it in the wishes forum in the 'Get Together' section.
Barry.

This worked! It's a little finicky, I have to be sure that "First Row" is selected before typing the second line, but this beats having to create a separate text box. Thank you!
