How to set Label Pointer Angle for automatic labelling?

Hi!

I'm trying to find the right settings for a label used for automatic labelling.
But no matter what settings I use, the angle of the pointer always changes to something weird.
On the left is the manually set label, which I then use for automatic labelling of the right column.

Can someone help me with that?
