MAKE PUBLISHER EASIER TO USE

I HATE ARCHICAD WHEN IT COMES TO TRYING TO PUBLISH/PRINT/PRODUCE ANYHTHING. ITS SUCH A PAIN IN THE ASS TO HAVE TO NAVIGATE THROUGH 10 WINDOWS AND 4 DIFFRENT MENU SYSTEMS JUST TO GET A DAMN FILE TO PRINT. ITS BULLSHIT AND IT FUCKING SUCKS.

Many people feel the same way about reading posts that are in all caps.

Really? I find it's pretty easy to use.

What problems are you having? Perhaps putting that energy into an intelligent question would help....

If all you want is to print, may I suggest the "Print" command?

Good advice. You should try it some time.

I find publisher reasonably easy to use. Granted, there are tabs you need to check every time for file format and saved location etc, that would make sense to be together, and sometimes the translators don't quite give you the results you expect (or maybe I don't expect the results I get?), but that's Archicad, and that's why we love it.

And it certainly is an improvement from before.
As with all Archicad functions, they require rigorous management and lack certain obvious presets.

Until ready to observe these contraints, revert to simple views, marquees and title block objects for simplified view management.

I use the simple method since I rarely publish more than three or four drawings/views at once.

I'm on the opposite extreme. I routinely send out 35 PDFs at a time or 12 DWG files. Spending 15 minutes setting up a Publisher Set for each pays off big time!

The biggerst problem is that you cannot select multiple pages to give the same properties too. Sucks having to set each page up individually in a 35 page document only to find out when you print you missed one.
