Property Label 23 - distortion

Periodically every property label 23 in a view gets distorted (see attached images).
This is easy to fix but it is becoming a real pain.
Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?

I don't know if this helps but whenever I encounter a bug, I make sure that the latest Hotfix/Update is installed for my Archicad version.
In the case of AC23, Update 4 (Build 7000) was dropped only a few weeks ago.
If you have not done so, try installing it and see if it solves the issue. These updates usually contain many bug fixes.
