Zone label text orientation

I am having an issue while showing the zone label in the right orientation on the layout view. The project orientation is different than the layout orientation to print. When I work the drawing source of my layout I can see the orientation of the zone label how I want, but when I go back to the layout it does appear flipped. I already tried every combination of "Marker and Laber Rotation" options, check text always readable and nothing works. I looked intensively online but it is taking already too much time to find out. I am attaching 2 screenshots of the issue.
