SOLVED!

cut off label text (and text blocks)

Booster

Text labels have started to be cut off when modeling. Same goes for text blocks. And for text displayed within objects (see the 'dryer' at the bottom of the screenshot).

I have the font installed on my machine and not sure why this started to happen all of a sudden, as these same labels/text displayed just fine a month or so ago...

I couldn't find a thread/video/etc to help me thru this, so if you know of one, I would love to learn!

Thank you.

If you have to use 100% scaling instead of a larger scaling factor, I would reduce the screen resolution on your monitor.

I have 4K monitors, but use them at 2560x1440 resolution, and use a 100% scaling factor.

I forgot to say that changing the (display) scaling factor to 100% in windows does resolve the issue, but it makes everything else unreadable (except with a microscope). Is there some other way to have the text within archicad display correctly without affecting the display properties of everything else associated with windows?

Thanks!

Thanks Laszlo!

Obviously it would be great to fully utilize the graphics card/monitors/etc, but it seems like this isn't possible... Guess I will settle for readable text.

Thanks again for your help, much appreciated.
