Yes, moving fast and being impatient does seem have a negative effect. I have been stopped short doing those hasty moves.
I have also been overloading the capacity of the machine by running too many applications at the same time.
So I've removed all the aforementioned files, uninstalled the software and made a clean install, all lead to the same result. AC/PM/BGAC all crash after quitting. They don't crash however if I make them 'Force Quit'
