Archicad 29 Goodies check duplicates don't appear in the menu

We did install the goodies add-on. We check in the add-on manager if the add-on is loaded and it is. We verified all menu and the tool check duplicates is not there and we did also went to the work environment and it not there.

We did the last patch and didn't resolve the problem.

- loading the commands directly got it to work, thanks for the tip Ling!
This must be a new thing, previous versions showed the text in brackets and the menu could be found in the W/E search field:

Seems like the menu no longer exists, just the commands...

Even with the commands added, the menu is not found in a search...you have to search in the current menu after adding the commands to a toolbar (now I understand what you were trying to say, Barry)...completely unnecessary restructuring as far as I'm concerned...probably has to do with the introduction of menus within toolbars...previous versions you did not need to do this, you could just find the menu from the get-go....

If Goodies are no longer released or supported by GS, any plans to make the source code available for community? @Laszlo Nagy  is this a question you could check with GS?

Hi all,

I personally use (Check linear overlaps) feature to replace (Check duplicates) one, much better control via (Issue organizer & Issue manager) palettes.

Goodies continue to be updated and released by Graphisoft:

True, but they were never supported as such, they were always offered as-is.

Released - yes, updated - not clear.
This is what the download page says:

Goodies for Archicad

Goodies are free add-ons developed by Graphisoft to complete Archicad with specific abilities and features. You can install all Goodies at once with the help of the Archicad 29 Goodies Suite installer. They are based on legacy code which Graphisoft does not support anymore. Feel free to use them but please be advised that they might not function properly and they will not be fixed or upgraded.

Like I assume many, I have been relying on Polygon Count tool to troubleshoot files. I have noticed some functions of it no longer work - select for example does not select elements.

So again, my question is - if GS made the decision not to maintain these - is there a possibility to release the source code so the community can make use of it?

You could turn this question into a wish.
