Go with ssd. This is a must.
The more ram is better. 8gb it's not a good amount.
15.6 would be my choice, no need for touch a screen.
Pay attention to graphics card. Should be not integrated.
AC27 latest hotfix

Thank you for replying but i only have these 4 options. Will any of these run the Archicad 20? And which one will run it faster IF they run it.. I don't know which one to pick

You have to pay attention to the graphic card. I think archicad doesn't run on pc with integrated graphic card

Recommended video cards for laptops

For reasons detailed above, we can not recommend any specific card and driver combination for laptops. However, there are professional video cards available for high-end laptops, such as the Nvidia Quadro, which are just as good as their desktop counterparts. We have also good experiences with most of the standard Nvidia cards, somewhat worse experience with AMD/ATI cards, and very bad experience with on-board intel graphic cards. Definitely avoid the latter.
Based on the above, you might want to reconsider the available options.
Actually, the best thing would be for you to install ARCHICAD on the laptop you want to buy (if possible) and test it.

And be sure you check the dates on some of that info. What they need is a Benchmark file so people can post results based on the hardware people are actually using with ArchiCAD.

Should I go for it?

How would we know?
You didn't list any specs.

Does it meet the minimum requirements as listed by Graphisoft?
If so it should be fine.

There is a model number and it is well beyond minimum spec. So it will work, how well on the other hand we cannot comment on since there are no actual benchmarks for ArchiCAD. We also do not know what you would be doing with it, though that will mean little without the aforementioned benchmarks.
