Change Marker Object Rotation

Is it possible to rotate the label for the change marker object?  I'm attaching a screenshot of the marker as it appears on my sheet and the info box.  It shows the way I want it in the info box preview, but the actual label on the sheet doesn't match the rotation shown in the preview.  No matter what I change in the object controls, it remains vertical on the page.  I can rotate the text within the triangle, but I can't rotate the entire thing, even though the preview shows it the way I want it.

What am I missing?

That marker object is scripted to be a fixed angle. Unfortunately you cannot just simply remove the initial rotation in the script as that will move the cloud as well as disconnect the marker from the leader...
