So... Back to Erwin's "question", do you really need to model it so accurately? And if so, after all of this time and the time you will spend trying to open its mouth cleanly, is it really a good use of time (and money)? Might it not be better to hire someone externally with the right tools and know how to model it exactly how you need it then export it in a format you can use? It may cost more per hour, but it will take less time and be of better quality.

@Roopa

The images that you have put for the animal heads in https://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?p=311318#p311318 can be solved quickly by @Barry's method https://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?p=311320#p311320 but I have the intuition that it wouldn't get the results that you want.

Therefor may be it would be advisable from your part that you search for active CG 3D sculpture forums and ask their members if they already have those models with the animals' mouth open, or if they can make a quick fix for you (may be in Zbrush forums you could find what are you searching for - not sure but it may worth a try).
A good friend of mine have once told me that I´m so brute that I´m capable of creating a GDL script capable of creating GDLs.

As a reference:

All the 'eggs', lionstatue at the top and lionheads on the facade were just crude models. We did model all the trim, as it is all actually precast concrete and not natural stone.

Attached the contract document elevations used.

The original model was done in AC10, no morph tool available yet. Just some basic shape library parts and lots and lots of complex profile walls and beams for all the trim.

The point I am trying to make (again) is that there shouldn't be need to model with extreme accuracy elements that are pure decoration and still get good results in the end

Now I need to edit that model. I converted into morph. I need to open the mouth of the animal from that we have a step. How to do that??

That is the bit you will find is rather difficult.
Archicad is really not very good at this sort of modelling.

I would split the head so you have a top and bottom jaw.
Then split vertically where you want the bottom jaw to pivot.
You might want to place a temporary roof/slab/wall to get the cutting plane easily.

Now I would rotate the bottom jaw down.
Now the hard bit will be adding surfaces to join up the gaps.
Then union all the pieces back into one morph.

Add slabs, beams to form the passage you need and then SEO that from the morph.

I am sure it is much easier said than done.

Barry.
I tried this method and got this output.
The image is attached below.

I need to show the mouth face open as the shape. How to do that?
I created the morph seperatly and changed the building material which has greater priority then that. And tuned off the layer, its not coming....
How to do that?

Now its ok na?!!

As mentioned before you need to split of part of the lower jaw.
Rotate it and then join it back with new morph surfaces.
Then union it all together so it is one morph again.
And hope you have no holes so it can become a solid morph.

Nothing trims automatically with a morph, so Building Material strengths will have no effect.
Once you have a solid morph, you can cut the passage with Solid Element Operations.

Again you are really pushing the limits of what Archicad can do.
I am sure it would be easier in some other sculpting software and then just bring in the finished product.

I'm on AC22. Here is a Collada file.
Hope that helps.
