Change the Reference Line position of one of your walls. This generally occurs when multiple walls have their Reference Lines overlap. Alternatively, you could do your footing as a beam.
Ling.
ps. If the walls overlap vertically, even between storeys, avoid having their Reference Lines overlap in plan.
