Have you tried a Solid Element Operation?

oktemfurkan wrote:Yes. You can add a plaster "roof" just under the stairs. A complex profile would be another way, but the Roof Tool is probably the easiest for you.
Is it possible to add plaster to the bottom of stairs?

After that you can add plaster roof as mentioned in this topic.
If it possible avoid solid element operation.

It's not only a plaster layer beneath the stair, which could be a roof, but also two layers above the concrete. The floor covering option for stairs allows me to add the wooden covering, but I still miss the insulation.
