So its the "clean up" that your not happy with. Is that correct? The graphics of the intersection between the two types of walls?

I was going to help you with some pictures of the settings, but I can't get ArchiCAD to run on my computer anymore.
Something is stopping me from being able to run any files. It opens the start window but then locks up. ??

Are they Basic or Composite walls? If it is a Composite, is the end line turned on for your brick wall?

they are composite walls here is how I want it:
I found a way if i make the interior line thin I can just add a thick line but its not automatic as it should be
Im also posting my wall settings if its helps someone solve it.
