Wall thickness does not work in cm

Hello! I modify my dimension units in meters with 2 decimals and when i tried to draw a wall of 30 cm thickness, it does not change the thickness, even though I try to make it another thickness, like 20 ore 45 cm. Below are my wall settings.

Dialogues use 'Working Units', so it is 'Working Units' that you want to change.

'Dimension Units' are for the display of dimensions.

'Calculation Units' are what you see in schedules.
