Even if you select it, it will not be checked.

The article says deletion works only in the Floor Plan Viewpoint. You seem to be trying to do it in a Section or Elevation Viewpoint.

Can you try it in the Floor Plan?

I deleted it once.
I guess I should have had it.
And when I intentionally overlap them and test them, it seems that they overlap even in the elevation.
I think it's more like what I posted because it suddenly came up without recognizing that I overlapped it.
Still, I'm glad I'm not a ghost.
There was a ghost among the posts I posted.
So I had to remove the wall and practice again.

Elements must be exactly the same element in exactly the same position for them to be treated as a duplicate.

Different elements that occupy the same exact position (i.e. different wall composites) will not be considered as duplicates.

Likewise overlapping elements are not duplicates unless they are exactly the same size and shape and in exactly the same position.

overlapped exactly.
The above picture before deletion is just two overlapping lines showing more lines.

If they are 'Lines' and they are exactly the same line type, pen colour, layer, length, etc., then they should be counted as duplicates.

If they are not lines (i.e. they are walls, beams, columns, etc.) then they will not be selected as duplicates in a section or elevation as Laszlo said.

3D elements can be selected as duplicates in the 3D window.
