hi all! i want to make a bay window with no roof rather a slanted window. i have been using the curtain wall tool so that i have a frame. i have angled the curtain wall and got the correct panels etc but have used the solid element operations to crop this to shop, how do i add new frames to the cropped curtain wall? ive seen it done before but have just forgotten and dont know where i saw it! thanks !!

The parts that return to the wall, as if you try to draw all sides at once, it will create an upright Curtain Wall, instead of the slope you are looking for. So you first draw the sloped part, then add new nodes for the sides.

Can you post a screenshot of what you are talking about?
Instead of using a SEO, have you just tried adjusting the curtain walls bounday? This can be done in Edit Mode.

A bit squiff to do, but if you draw a sloped Curtain Wall and return the ends in, you can then use Edit Mode to straighten the returns as be default, they will run perpendicular to the slope of the front...

this is such a small thing, and the curtain wall is such a hassle to get an exact design. If this is me, I'm just modeling it with beams, roofs, and slabs... call it a day.
could do it with walls too, but they like to intersect where you don't want them too, and you're already jumping through a lot of 'work-around' hoops
