Incorrect Door Orientation being reported

It seems a very small quantity of doors are incorrectly being scheduled as “R” by the Door Orientation property.  The problematic doors can be mirrored, flipped, replaced, and still report as “R”.  Even if the wall segment is replaced, it reports as "R". Even if a correct "L" door is syringed and injected, it will report as "R".

I am at a lost for troubleshooting the issue. We are really depending upon an accurate schedule for take-offs…
