I’d like to invite you all to try a new, totally free (no hidden fees or costs whatsorever) Archicad add-on available here: https://www.bimquants.com/lite/index.html
This is the Lite version of BIMquants system, and it will be free forever. I even intent to make it open source someday, available on github.
It works inside Archicad no connection to internet or external apps needed. It does not call home. It also works in demo version of AC (you can create and export your quantity takeoff data even in read-only projects and than re-import the data later again).
Currently it only works in AC29, on Windows. There will be Mac version and support for older AC's too.
Even though it’s still in beta, the functionality is already complete and ready to use. I encourage you to download it, give it a try, and see how it fits into your workflow.
If would really like some feedback, so if you come across any bugs or issues, please report them at info@bimquants.com — your feedback will really help improve the tool.
Looking forward to hearing what you think!
Operating system used: Mac Intel-based

There was a question asked if BIMquantsLITE addon supports composite elements and by-skin quantities. It does - you can extract skin's area and volume for each individual skin.
When you click on a composite element, go to add qty, click on formula button, there will be a popup with quantities that can be extracted from an element.
Select SkinVolume() and a new dialog will appear, which will enable you to pick individual
skin.
Select a skin and click "Select" button. Formula will appear in the Edit Qty dialog.

This was added in the last release iteration. You can extract profile's region area and volume.
Check the formulas section of the manual https://www.bimquants.com/lite/manual.html#formulas-functions
