I would like to display a poster image in my Archicad model so that it is clearly visible in Enscape. At the moment, I am using the Picture object, but the image does not appear in the Enscape render.
I also tried applying the poster as a texture to a surface, but it is very difficult to align the image accurately, especially when I need to position it precisely within a frame.
Is there another method to display a poster or image that will be visible in Enscape while making it easier to position and align? What is the recommended workflow for this?

I have come across a similar problem with Enscape and objects. My limited understanding of how Archicad to Enscape materials work is that any texture you want to see in Enscape needs to be a surface attribute in Archicad. So the object itself instead of assigning an image in it - you need to have surface assigned instead.
To make the Picture object work you would need to edit its GDL script. Not sure if there are any objects out there that use surface as poster.

Document => Creative Imaging => Align 3D Texture => Set Origin.
If one of the corners of your poster is at the origin, which would be odd if it's not, then you can easily align it as a Surface to a small piece of wall just by snapping to one of the corners.
