In the PhotoRendering Settings Dialog, select the CineRender by MAXON Engine and check the Detailed Settings checkbox.
Then in the appearing list of settings, check the Detailed Settings\Environment checkbox. Under Environment, for the Sky Setup field, select HDRI Sky.
Then you can set an image in the HDR Image field.
The ARCHICAD Library contains some HDR Images, but I think there may also be various web sites where you can download more HDR Images.
