Would it be possible to display the list of available line types in alphabetical order?

This can be done by purging all lines (attribute manager), and reimporting an alphabetized, ordered (index #) list from another pln/aat file...

Ask Matthew Lohden for more details........or search 'hundreds of dummies'

Just be aware that this will affect the line types inside every object in the Archicad Library, probably seriously detrimentally!

Since all objects reference by index number, not name, makiing the number of Soilid Line something else will change the line type.

I tried this a few years ago, and realized how damaging it could be.

Is there a way to revert livetype sorting to index number? After purging all linetypes and importing a new xml file they are sorting alphabetically, but I'd like them to be sorted by index number.

In 25, line types are listed alphabetically and you can not change that.
