Line types with text

I find it valuable to create line types with certain text. As far as I can tell, the only way to do this is to create the text from lines and arcs. A real pain in the if you have a big word, or words.

This is essential when you're doing underground services layout plans. The easiest way to differentiate GAS, Electric, Water, Foul Drain, Surface Drain, Combined Drain, Comms et. etc. is by using letters as part of the line type. It's one thing I miss from AutoCAD LT.

I've taken to DRAWING letters, but this is time consuming and the "letters" distort on corners and curves.

Those lines can be transferred from autocad to archicad? I think so.
I open a few dwg projects with Archicad and I see line types like ACADISO.
All lines thickness are 0.18 mm.
