Is there a way to demo wall in Option 1, but not in Option 2?

MEP Profile missing AC28 USA Version

I just installed AC28 on a Mac Apple Silicon and a Mac intel. Both are missing the MEP Profile. Did someone drop the ball on this, or did I screw up? Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon Sequoia 15  

3D Views not displaying on Layouts in AC 27

I have noticed that when I save 3D views and place them on Layouts in AC 27 they do not show up. Is this a bug?

Stair shows as a folded plane in 3D

I cannot figure out what the heck is going on here. I've drawn a monolithic stair in plan and it shows up fine. In elevation, it also shows up fine, but in 3D, it shows up as a thin plane that mimics the treads and risers. It's also brick textured for some reason. I've tried...
