Why doesn't the Book Settings Dialog have a Reserve button? Or at least not allow me to create issues or add layouts to issues so that I don't have to face that gray "OK" button. Very annoying!

Instead of the Modular Profile, try the Editable Glazing Profile. It should work better. The Modular Profile should be used when you want to combine more then one frame peaces (more complex solutions)
