You cannot change the height of a wall that is linked to another story.
You have to set the wall to unlinked and then you can dynamically adjust
the height and will see additional items in the pet palette.

@Wlad222 I would back up one step and ask why you want the 2D fill to
display with the same as the wall fill and to omit the joint line? (It
can be done using the ancient 'patch' tool - which is an editable 2D
fill - but that should be a last resort....
