I have a similar issue of property values displaying correctly in schedules, in element properties tab, in property manager/Evaluate..., but not in plan/section. So it is not an issue connected with availability for classifications.

the issue could be hard-coded data in your sample sheet that should be dinamic so that Power query can make the leap from sample to the rest of your sheets. Check out this video, or this guys channel, its great for these things!
