Find this folder:
C:\Program Files\GRAPHISOFT\ARCHICAD 20 INT\ARCHICAD Library 20\List Templates 20\Custom Text 20
There you will find those custom TEXT_1, TEXT_2, etc. files. Open and edit them in a Text Editor, save changes to the edited text files, then regenerate the List.
