How to apply a Favourite Drawing Selection Settings to all Views being placed onto Layouts.

Hello all!

I'm placing views onto Layout Sheets and every time they import with the same standard settings.

I've created a favourite. Is there a way to apply the favourite to all views being placed onto sheets as an overall setting - instead of going into the Drawing Selection Settings to select the favourite or make the updates every time.

This would also help in our template.

Many thanks,

Use the Drawing Manager.

Choose all the views placed as drawings and apply the favourite settings.

Once you use the pick up parameters and inject the favourite settings these will be your default for all drawings placed onwards.

set the default for the tool (when nothing is selected) to your favorite.

any new drawing placed will have that setting

to select all drawings you can use the drawing manager

select lots of them over multiple pages and going to the settings button and apply the favorite on multiple at the same time...

I hope this helps.
