Pretty happy they did not make the Wall tool SSA benefit. Didn't they?

So, testing further I can still render in all versions of Archicad, and use the Library part maker, but I lack Python capabilities.

Can you switch to Redshift engine?

Yes.

Since majority here are paying SSA/Forward we didn't really looked into the docs that this is part of the thing we are paying...

Well, given there is a seperate SSA page that does not say half of those things, it would not be hard to miss.

I ran a few tests and you can open a script outside of AC and they still work within the AC file, you just don't have the nice Python palette to launch them natively in AC.... so not all is lost....yet.

This is how I discovered it... my palette has been on for 3yrs and when I went to run a script the palette was gone. When I tried to turn that experimental option back on I got the SSA pop up.

The SSA Benifits page doesn't really say anything... Though I am not surprised that EcoDesigner is part of it, as wasn't it a seperate paid addon previously?

NEM.DE is up 35+% in a year:
finance.yahoo.com/quote/NEM.DE/
Does this redefine 'sustainable'...?
Also is there any professional architectural representation or experience on the board...?

Not that I could find...

you know what they say about architecutre... 'less is more'... but not so with profits... more is more. Long gone are the days when Archicad leaned on the slogan "software by architects for architects"

Looking at the last several versions, I think it might be safe to say that it doesn't seem, (....to me, at least...) like there's been any actual (working) architects involved at the decision-making levels over at Graphisoft for several years now. Possibly even going back to the last century.
Certainly none offering any fruitful input that's been borne out in any perceptible way as to how to improve Archicad to users' (read : ARCHITECTS') benefit.
That's a nice marketing slogan.
It always was.
It just hasn't applied to Archicad (or by extension, ...Graphisoft) for the longest time now.

Nobody will contact you from here, Eric. As usual your message without context is totally vague. You need to contact your reseller if you need information on subscription/SSA/forward, they won’t miraculously contact you. Ditto tech support for a technical issue.

I have talked to the Graphisoft office in my region, and it does not match what I just read.
Dates where I lose service on the software, I bought a year ago dos does not match with what will happen and when.

Whatever Graphisoft North America tells you is what applies to you. Whether things are different in different countries, I don't know, but GSNA "controls" the North American market.
Out of curiosity, what did they tell you that "does not match what you read"?

Life has a way of taking care of things. Just like Tesla—people around the world are boycotting, causing the company to lose a significant amount of money, possibly even facing shutdown. When a company ignores its users, this is what happens over time—sometimes faster than expected. Gave the choice to the perpetual licence owner. By the way don't stop to post, doesn't matter if it is repetitive it will keep this topic active and demonstrate that we are again the new policy of Nemetschek (German holder) who detains Graphisoft, Vectorworks, Maxon, Bluebeam. Archicad will be the last one to be on subscription. Don't let this happen. Lets keep Archicad user to be different.

I've found that to better understand Graphisoft's "phase of subscription transition", all one must do is watch Black Mirror Season 7, Episode 1 called "Common People" on Netflix. That episode pretty much summed it up for me. To make things easier to follow along, Graphisoft is played by Gaynor, and we users are all Mike. I suppose that the software itself is played by Amanda, whose headaches & neurological issues fittingly represent the shortcomings in the software that I read about here every single day. I'll let you sort out the rest.
Now I'm just wondering if & when the ads are going to start appearing to us lowly SSA (maybe that acronym should be reversed) users with "FULL" perpetual licenses. BTW: In case you haven't been paying attention, "FULL" doesn't mean full anymore. It means something less than full. To get the "full" experience these days, think Lux (also known as Archicad Collaborate).

Actually i wouldnt mind some adds in Archidad if and only if the following happens:
-the adds are COMPLETELY related to the AEC industry, and location specific (unless specified otherwise). So no dandruff control adds.
-It helps to SIGNIFICANTLY lower the subscription prices. It would be a shared per-use cost distributed across the whole industry. "Hey look manufacturers and suppliers, now you can sell your stuff directly to the people that specify your products WHILE they are specifying them". They could even target the adds according the materials used in each project!
-is done in an ELEGANT, NON-INTRUSIVE way. The easiest one to solve, but the hardest to implement.
An added bonus would be that more companies would be compelled to make Archicad specific objects. And yeah, that Graphisoft could not only milk its users out of more money, but the manufacturers too. They could even use part of the extra money to fix current software problems.
Win-win for all.

We´ve seen how that has gone in streaming platforms: you would end paying the same or more than now just to get rid of the anoying ads you will be getting everywhere 😅
