Have you tried modelling the louvres as you want them, selecting them and then saving them as a library part?

I was sure I had a thread somewhere around here regarding this object but I cannot find it... It is an old version, but I sort of broke the newer one while adding GS window functions and have not gotten around to fixing it... Anyway, as long as you use the "Simplified Spacing" option, this will probably work for your window. The math for the fixed panel when that option toggle off is a bit squiff resulting in this occassionally overlapping.

No they will not be adjustable.
They will re-scale in size to suit the opening size, but that may not be wanted as they wont be true size.
If you want a parametric object, you may need to look for (and possibly pay for) 3rd party objects, or create your own in GDL.

Just unzip it and add it to your loaded libraries. Ideally a folder, existing or new, that you are loading.
