Level Dimension doesn't like Reference levels?

I'm not sure about this, but I thought I'd be able to place Level Dimensions on the floor plan displaying relative to the Reference levels I've set using the Working Units and References Preference setting.

Placing them on the surface of meshes and slabs works fine using gravity, but they display relative to the Project Zero all the time, despite my setting efforts.

To get it right i have to edit every level dimension using the Custom Text option. Annoying.

Can anyone confirm this is a bug in AC11 -1114 ?

A level object maybe should be prompted with an !* or something else that tells you that it's not it's original place and therefor could give you wrong height? (like if you drag it off from original plane and over another one)
Spending programmer's time on that, you could just as well make it work

nah, set a warningtext is a peanuts, but get it work like you want is a nightmare and will only give you alot of complainings from customers who wonder why their levels change all the time depending on what layers they will show... Computers are not humans....

Not at all. Once placed, it should not change, except when I move the roof or whatever it gravitates to.
