Does anybody know why Walls have such an abbreviated choice of "show on stories" options? Every other object has so many more choices.
I'd like things like retaining walls to be visible above their home story. However, short of adjusting the Floor Plan Cut Plane to include stories below, there seems no good workaround.
Why not just give the same menu of options to walls?
WALL options
MORPH options

There is already an item in roadmap to make this setting consistent throughout the tool settings. Let's hope it will be implemented sooner than later.

Hi @Vitruvius,
You can achieve this by adjusting your wall to be visible in relevant stories with the help of FPCP.
If you can provide a section illustrating story levels & their relation to retaining wall, we could help you better.

Hi Mahmoud,
Sorry, what is FPCP?
I don't actually have a specific project section right now. It was more of a general query. Karel Landa has pointed out there is a request that all elements have consistent settings which I full agree with. It is extremely annoying to have to workaround something which should be consistent with all other elements.
Many thanks for the suggested fix!

Sure it’ll be great to have this option valid for all elements, pls don’t hesitate to upload any section or even a sketch if you have any query, thanks.
BTW, FPCP is a short for (Floor Plan Cut plane).

Under the Idea Pool Tab 😃. When will this idea be implemented?

If an object is set to All Relevant Storeys, it will show on the plan as long as some part of it falls within the Floor Plan Cut Plane settings range.

ps. The AC27 help page for this has the address for AC26...
