GDL: Profile Modifiers

The ability to interact with Profile Modifiers in GDL, or at least with the Profile Modifier tab.

Would be useful but I think there is a reason that objects like the CW tool don't use the parameters, I can imagine it being a logistical nightmare managing the random variables.
