Add a Drawing Frame Option - Fit Drawing to Frame

Considerable layouting time goes into carefully arranging Drawings on the Layouts. Then we decide to change the scale of the Drawing or to relink with a different View and the content of the frame gets diplaced, in most cases dissapears out of the frame. Fit Frame to Drawing method requires a dozen of clicks to get the content back into place.

A Fit drawing to Frame option would save considerable time with first fitting the content inside the already positioned frame and then scaling the content back to proper scale centrally. There would remain a need to manually reposition the content accordingly of course.

Would certainly make setting up elevation layouts less tiresome.
