so we've had to increase the floor level to one of our projects just then & this has been known since v22 in our office...
all other associated 2D documentation moves up or down in elevation should their referred element move up or down with it. the only thing that doesn't move are the labels associated to Railing Tool elements. refer to the image below.
RC label is linking to the Ridge Cap (modelled as a complex profile Railing Tool, linked to the roof).
CB1 is linking to the roof (simple roof element).
only CB1 moved up due to the level change, while RC did not.
Yes, the linked rail moved with the roof, but not the label linked to the rail.
any chance this can be fixed in a future patch?

I just tried and can confirm this does indeed happen.
Not that you want to hear this, but if you un-associate the railing (ridge capping) and move it manually, the labels will move with it.
I will move this post to the Wishes forum as that is really what it has become.
All users that think this is an important wish, please click the 'Like' button (unfortunately you can't like your own posts).
Graphisoft may notice the post here, but be sure to officially report it to your local Archicad support, so they can confirm it is or isn't a bug and if it is, pass it on to GS HQ.
Barry.

understood.
yes, i have had to move the rebellious labels manually.
the process of elevating the (unlinked) 2D notes only takes abit longer, only because i can't filter between labels linked to rails VS labels linked to all other elements.
