Separate PDF files from multiple layouts

I know how to render multiple layouts into a single PDF file, but how to export them to separate PDF files in one go - one single-page file per layout? I know there are external programs to split multi-page PDFs into many single-pagers, but it would be welcome if we could do it inside Archicad, like we can do in Revit, without needing to use any extra soft.

I'm using AC 25. Maybe it's in newer versions?

Assuming you are using Publisher to create the PDF files?

If so just turn off the option to 'merge to one PDF file'.

Check that you have the "Create a real folder structure" or "Create flat file structure" option selected in publisher set properties. That could be it.

I am looking into a similar question. However I need the files to stay seperate(folder structure) however the window or door overview schedule(that is spread across multiple layouts) should export as a single file instead of seperate sheets. Is it possible?

In Publisher Sets, you can organize the various publishing items into folders. If you have PDF format set for all items within a folder, then you will have the "Merge to one PDF file" option in the "Format" panel of the Publisher Sets when you select that folder or when you select the topmost folder.

So, you can organize all your other items into folders however you want, and not check the "Merge to one PDF file" option for any of them. Also make sure you do not check the "Merge to one PDF file" option for the topmost item in the Publisher Set either.

Then, make sure you have a separate folder for your Door and Window Overview Schedule, and for that folder specifically, check the "Merge to one PDF file" option. So items in that folder will be merged into a single PDF files, while all other items will be published into individual PDF files.
