Column segment horizontal offset?

Can a column segment be horizontally offset from the other segments? Eg. a wood post eccentrically placed on its concrete base.

AC fan since v 7. Currently on AC 26 Build 5003 USA FULL, and AC 28 Build 3110 USA FULL, Apple Silicon,. 2022 Mac Studio, 32G ram. MacOS Ventura 13.7

The only way I think it can be done is to use a complex profile for the segment.
You can the adjust the origin point of the complex profile to adjust the position of that segment.
