Missing Surface List in Info Box and Tool Box

Hi,

After clicking on any tool in Archicad, when I click on the surface list in the info box, the list does not appear. Also when I try the same in Tool Box, there is no surface list, I only see it as a line.

Hi @Sefa Yakut

Try to restore the defaut work environment profile of your choice by clicking on Options > Work Environment > Apply Profile

Best regards.

Hi,

I tried this but nothing changed. I also tried importing the work environment from a non-issue file but again it did not solve the problem.

Do surfaces work for other tools?

Hi,

No, surfaces don't work for other tools either.

Hi @Sefa Yakut

I know it may seem a bit drastic, but perhaps an alternative might be to reinstall the program. 😏

Just out of interest, what is your screen resolution and have you scaled the screen size in the Windows Display setting (100% is recommended).

Also, since it seems to be a display issue, it is always a good idea to make sure that you have the latest graphics card drivers installed on your system.
