Edit Selection Set should include Design Option

Easy one: I wish Edit Selection Set included Design Option.

We decided to put more of our effort into the Relink function on the Design Options palette, which works with any selection - and is a palette rather than a dialogue.

The Edit Selection Set doesn't work well with multi-selection of different types - eg Section and Wall. Also based on additional feedback about other shortcomings of this dialogue, we are reviewing what the future of this might be (I don't mean get rid of it, but replace it with something more useable). We're still evaluating our options here.
