'Ignore Zoom and Rotation' as two separate view setting options

We model all our projects relative to true north, so we save our view rotations to layout the building orthogonally on the page.  This means that we need to ensure the the 'Ignore Zoom and Rotation when opening this view' option is always unticked so the rotation of the view is preserved and stops people from manually rotating views and getting wrong rotation.

As a result of this when moving between different drawings, eg a Floor Plan and a Ceiling Plan, the view zoom will reset back to the default of the view which is typically an overview of the whole building.

When working on very complex health projects re-opening a view of the whole building can sometimes take up to a minute as 2D redraw performance is capped to single core.

So my request - can we have two options on a Saved View Settings:

- Ignore Zoom when opening this view

- Ignore Rotation when opening this view
