Archicad continues to prompt me to install an update that is currently running. 28.3.0 was previously installed and is the same version the program prompts to update to. Pressing "install now" does not resolve the situation, the installer starts and then quits, while the message remains. Is there some way to remove this prompt?

Operating system used: Windows 28.3.0

Have the same issue. I ignore it and I can use the program, but itās annoying. I installed the update myself when I saw on this forum the update was available. I didnāt go thru the appās automatic update thing. I think thatās where the glitch is.

Glad that I am not the only one having this issue. It's exactly as outlined above and also annoying.

I also have had this problem and I find it is better to go to web page to download the update instead.

Same problem here.
Thanks for posting - good to know I'm not the only one.

We are experiencing the same. I have just reported it to support.

The build number changed (6004), but not the version number (28.3.0)....
GS is already informed about this.

Based on my experience, I believe the glitch is there either way. Just shows how Graphisoft is continuing to fail at their product releases. Can't even release an update without it being buggy. They seem to be too busy developing features we'll never use.
