Is there a technique when 4 walls meet at one point?

The left side is the same type of wall
The right side is an L shape with two identical walls.

If Building Materials have the Intersection Priority correcly set-up, that intersection should be cleaned automatically. 

In most cases it helps to move the Reference Line next to one of the Core lines and keep that rule consistent.
