Using Autotext with dimensions

It would be nice is autotext could be associated with a dimension so that the dimension text could be expressed in various unit types on the same dimension string.

Not sure if you know about this one, but you can show different units on one string by selecting the dimensions followed by the Document Menu > Annotation > Secondary Dimensions > Convert Dimensions, choose the unit type and click OK and you should end up with something like this:
