オブジェクトがBIMxに表示されません

This is a problem that occurred when publishing from archi cad to BIMx.
The object displayed in archi cad (1st photo) does not display only the frame (2 photos) in BIMx.
I've tried many times, but I can't figure out the cause.

What should I do.
